For some reason, my stats have been off for quite a while... I've gone back through and cleaned it up, though.

I think the primary reason for the discrepancy is that I'm sharing the "blog_bans" table between both the Spam Project and other semi-legitimate bans. I've run a couple queries though to update the pie chart, and I've fixed some bad code in the chart generation.
