10:00PM - I pulled in at the convenience store on the north side of town to find that it had just closed. This store is one of two, and is the better.

10:15PM - I pulled in at the convenience store on the south side of town. This was one of 2, just like the north side of town, but the other had closed already. The one I was at was getting ready to close.

Here's the issue: On the north side of town, there is a tattoo parlor and a tavern. Both stay open past midnight, and what if someone's designated driver has to put gas in the car because their inebreated friend somehow forgot to fill the car before getting plastered?

On the south side of town, there is another tavern, and a new theater that just opened. Both of these places are also open past midnight. You can see the issue there.

I HATE THIS FREAKING TOWN!!!
