It wasn't so much information overload as it was useless information. 90% of the people there were transfer students(I know because they had us do a show of hands), yet all the information was targeted at freshmen. They spent 2 hours talking about a program that was available, but only to freshmen. What good is that going to do for us who are transfering in as a sophomore or junior?

It's about stinking time. :P

Orientation sucks. It's hard to convey all the information new students need to know without giving them information overload.
